Sold a home in 2026.
Placing ones home on the market, is very complex and can be overwhelming to say the least. It is crucial to have the guidance of an experienced and collaborative realtor to guide one through the process from beginning to end. Through word of mouth, Amy Perfect with Better Property Solutions and her team, of Erica and others came highly recommended. From the very first meeting they came prepared with a market study of homes in the area and ideas for selling strategies. They were excellent listeners, professional, personable, and enthusiastic in a very genuine way, so it was not hard at all to go with them. As the market trends shifted, Amy and Ericka s many years of experience and expert guidance was crucial. She provided calm reassurance and came up with creative strategies to help my property stand out from the competition. She and Ericka are truly hard working and persistent, in addition to being collaborative with regard to all details and steps leading to the successful sale of my home.
